Wish I lived there now. Reasonable rent for an upscale apt. Lived there about 4 years ago, though. Maintenance was the best, manager was great. Neighbors are the same everywhere. Some good. I could not think of a better apartment in OKC. This would have been 5 stars, but when we left, their checklist was not accurate and we deserved more from our deposit.
whats amazing about here.... maintenance and management ++ if u need something fixed. same or next day..management addresses spot on all issues.
Woodscape aprt These apartments are wonderful to live in, they are quiet and peaceful. They also have two entrances which are really nice during high traffic times. Everyone that works here are very nice and accommodating.
don’t move here!! horrible office staff they will never answer the phone, maintenance is a joke there have been broken stair like to get to your second or third story apartment that have been broken for months, police here all time of night, neighbors have gotten bad too there are people arguing outside and dog owners leave poop everywhere, the concrete smells like dog pee!! don’t move here!!!!
Don’t walk away but RUN!!!!!!!! This used to be a nice place but since the new management took over it has went down fast. No security, smell weed and smoke throughout the units. This place is looking like the slums. Pools are trashed, trash everywhere and no one cares. My apt was due to be upgraded before new management took over, currently have a rusted sink and tub is starting to rust but the rent keeps going up, been here 5+ years but will now have to move, I no longer feel safe here. Management doesn’t care at all.
Renter beware I rented the apartment in February 2023 I live there for a whole year and through that time I had multiple problems with my apartment I had leaks and repairs were slow when I moved out the first part of February of this year the ceiling in my bathroom over my shower is still not fixed. Water is constantly being shut off and every time you ask about repairs, they would give you some lame excuse. Now that I’ve moved down. Forget about maintenance! Even though when you call it says they are managed by Case and Associates don't be fooled, a new company bought them April 2023. They have no emergency maintenance and almost no maintenance staff. A/C has been out for over a week and they can not tell me when the unit is going to be fixed. Been one maintenance issue after another since then taking over. The property is beautiful but it's all those little things you don't think about until there is an issue that is horrible.
Will screw you over I will not recommend this place to anyone. The nightmare began when I want to decide to leave. They was dodging my new apartment calls for example they will tell my new apartment the time and day to contact them . And they never pick up their phone and when they did they said their call them back and never did . They made a big fuss about me want to leave after I paid my last rent . Be aware There is no parking and they charge you $20 ea month for a covered parking. But there isn’t enough covered parking for every attendee in here, also since I’ve lived here, there has been a truck that sits and does not move EVER!! It’s been here for more than three years and when I asked the complex about that spot if it’s available since I know that pickup doesn’t move. she told me , “well we don’t have a storage unit but he’s paying for the spot to park there” And not move it??
