Beware maintenance After living here for 2 months, my wife and I came home to discover that the maintenance men were plugging in their equipment into our patio electrical outlet. Management wasn't helpful. They said if there was a large disparity in our electricity bill, we could bring it to them and they would find a way to handle it. Not Clean but dangerous Lived there more than a year. Very unsafe to walk in area due to uneven ground and stumps from cut down trees. They do not keep the dog area picked up and it smells terrible, not to mention how bad it looks. But then the residents allow their pets to poop even out of the pet area. Management does not enforce the pickup rules and it is often unsightly where ever you walk. They promise things and then don't carry through.
