If you ever need a place to stay don't stay here. These apartments need to be rebuilt. They are badly infested with Roaches, black mold that they just paint over it. The manager is rude and never there. She'll tell you she have done something but does the exact opposite. There is no maintenance person so you'll be shit out of luck if something needs to be fixed. The rent is over priced. AT THIS POINT SOME JUST NEED TO CALL THE DHEC.
Don't live here, the rental lady is rarely there, visited a relative and they haven't had ac in over 6 months , some units has mold inside , I use to work for inspectors , dhec type of work and I will be reaching out to someone about this place someone has to do it and there are kids that's living in the situation which is crazy.only gave one start because it's the lowest I can choose
They canceled my application based off what someone out there said about my personal business with my baby father and now I’m about to either go legal and get a lawyer and speak with they cooperate office
