The room with the really good price is pretty bare-bones. Clean and comfortable, but spartan furnishings and not much room to move around.

My stay started out scary. Next-door neighbors had a barking/winey dog.noise for about 1 hour. Finally settled down by evening. Then upstairs neighbor moved furniture around for an hour or 2. But settled down by bed time, so it was a pleasant stay.
