Price is low but there is a reason. When I arrived I was a little concerned about potential safety issues. As I waited to check in the office staff were chatting about looking at security video for a person but the sec cameras were messed up and that there were places people could be out of camera range. During that discussion they were. Using very foul language. I almost walked out but the clerk Dee (?) was helpful to calm me down and assured me I would be safe.
