Established in 2007. It was 1977 when Chuck Woodstock opened the first Woodstock's Pizza near Oregon State in Corvallis, Oregon. His goal was to create a fun, studentoriented pizzeria that dished up amazing pies using his grandmother's marinara recipe. Normally quite delicious and one of the best in Santa Cruz. We often use delivery or pick for an evening on the beach. Last night was the rare disappointment as the pizza delivered to us was not the pizza I had ordered. As it took an hour for the i initial delivery(not unusual on a rainy Friday night) waiting for a corrected replacement wasn't an option.. My husband's order was perfect as usual though. Excellent gourmet pizza for a reasonable price. Excellent customer service from phones to delivery person.
It had been a long, long week...COVID-19 isolation had made sure of that. Furthermore our childcare options had fallen through while we still had to work. We juggled and bent and rolled with the punches. But it was Friday, we made it! All we wanted was pizza and Mando for our Friday evening.
