I got a loan thru them snd they had the title to my car. I paid the loan off and wanted my title. They LOST my title to my car then jerked me around for a month and a half about the new title. I called the DMVZ and explained what happened. They said I either need a T4 letter or a letter stating I paid off my loan and they no longer have a lien on my car.
