I was a fashion designer and came into the program with zero knowledge. Almost quit during java but mentors encouraged me to continue. Now I am in my final group project phase. I have found a language that I like! Python!! I am having fun challenging my self and googling for solutions and methods!

I had some Life issues come up and I failed a class. I also had some issues with my Mentor. My Sr Mentor and my academic advisor came together to help me transition to a different Mentor and I was allowed to re-take the class. I am passing my class now and my Mentor and I get along great. I felt supported when I needed it and my confidence has grown.
