#10 Service My 2012 GMC Sierra was knocking badly from 0-40 mph so I called W-J service and they said to bring in tomorrow at such and such time. My wife brought it in and after a few hours Josh told my wife it was the torque converter, etc, etc. We would have to leave it , the parts were ordered and she drove home in a new Arcadia loaner, wow pretty impressive I thought.
