no title made oil change appointment online 2 days before, got there about 10 minutes early and was gone in about 45 minutes. I thought for a middle of the afternoon time I would be there much longer. Crystal is a good addition to service writers. good job by all.
Aiding Travelers I was traveling from Montgomery, AL to Clarksville,TN when the emission light came on. I was just past Nashville and had to drive on to Clarksville. We checked into the hotel and was in our room at 4:45pm so I called the Buick dealership and DOUG answered and he told me to bring my car in the next morning.
