Just bought a used Tahoe I found on auto trader. Sent an inquiry and had a very quick response from Conner. He was great and made the purchasing process so simple. I was able to put a deposit down and have the car pulled from the lot same day. All via text. If you’re looking for a vehicle shop here first so easy to work with and very friendly.
Edit: After leaving the previous review, I was able to get help. They redid my oil change (they do not offer full synthetic). The price discrepancy was the difference between an oil change alone and "The Works" package, which includes a top-off of fluids and tire rotation, though the price online was for "The Works" package. They failed to top off my coolant, and I didn't realize it, so I'm to blame for that, but they did patch my tire for no charge. Jehoiada was amazing! This was my first car buying experience on my own, and he made it so easy and enjoyable. He was able to get me in the car I wanted with payments that work for me. I definitely recommend him as a great salesman!
Charles was absolutely FANTASTIC and I very highly recommend him and this dealership. The whole team was great on helping us get to the right price, and our daughter was thrilled when she saw it this afternoon!
