So , I went in to look for a new truck and the one I had seen was already sold by the time I got there . I test drove the 2018 F150 and decided to go with it . About 3 weeks after having it , the Notorious 10 speed auto transmission started to miss a gear. I called and discussed with my salesman and the service team . Madi and Jason were great. When I decided to get a new car I knew what I wanted. The dealership closer to my house did what they could, but in the end failed. I found Wyatt Johnson on the web, gave them a call 2 minutes before close. Madi picked up was able to assist me on getting the car set up for a test drive the next day. Update: their automated response is bs, they still won't answer the phone and never did try to reach out. Good for nothing liars. Do not buy a car from here. You're better off walking. After 4 days, and the first rain paint started coming off of the top of the car. And they refuse to do anything about it. Do not trust these people. Check yelp, dealers.com, and better business bureau before you make a decision. They don't pick up the phone after you buy the car. Thanks for nothing Mark.
Excellent experience w Hailey. There wasn't much wiggle room, because they already priced their used car so well. However, they have me a great value for my trade in. Hailey was very personable. The finance manager was very thorough and willing to show me all the options.
