I had two service calls one service related issue was resolved by the mobile tech. Which he was amazing. But I also had to bring my SUV in for the other repair that couldn't be completed and my advisor Kendall was amazing.

The service department was very helpful and responsive. They were able to get the diagnostics completed ahead of schedule and took time to call me multiple times throughout the day to explain what was wrong and answer my questions. They even fixed an old recall while my car was there.
