All very good and still working to help me try and find the vehicle of my choice. Sales person has been excellent and interaction. Been very enjoyable with sales staff and managers.
Very professional and fast with repair
We always have had a great experience when at the service dept. What I would like to see changed is, when the service tech comes into the waiting room to let the customer know what's wrong with vehicle--I think that conversation regarding repairs and cost needs to be held outside the company of everybody in the waiting room. It's just announcing everybody's business for others to hear. I think that should be something discuss in a private setting----do to the fact it involves financial discussions and decisions.
Quick and fast, however I did notice on the service video that the technician really did not do a complete check of the vehicle.
Gave me great service and figured out what was wrong with my DEF system and ordered a replacement tank under warranty. They also dropped me and my wife at a restaurant and picked us up after we were done.
The way of approaching to the customer. Know very well what customer want to have it. Thank you.

I brought my truck in for a few services including a recall on my engine, routine maintenance, windshield replacement, and front camera lense replacement. I was well informed through the process and the repairs were fixed perfectly. My only issue I have is after paying nearly $1,800 you would have thought all fluids would be topped off but I'm completely out of windshield washer fluid. A minor inconvenience but still assumed it would have been filled.
It took 5 hours and I didn't get a call saying it was ready I had to call and ask. The app showed it was still in progress
