Dropped my truck off for an oil change and rotation. When I picked it up, I wasn't charged and was informed the next few times would also be on the house. This stemmed from a brake pad issue in the past and I did not ask to be compensated in any way. I really appreciated the gesture and it displayed great customer service.

Today I had a emergency driving down I 24 with my Yukon on my way to Nashville for a Doctor appointment. I had to make a emergency stop by the Dealership and went straight to the Man that always take care of my services when I take my truck in for services “Doug S”. Doug S. was busy he stop what he was doing and assisted me. He took care of the situation and I made it to my Doctor appointment on time in Nashville.
