"Customer Service" I didn't expect the customer service to be this amazing, to be honest. I have heard some crazy things about dealerships in Clarksville, however that was not the case at all. "great experience" My sales people were great. I would rather get a root canal than buy a car, but everyone at the dealership was so nice and helpful.
"Very informative." I appreciated the way the sales person handled the viewing and test driving of the vehicle. Also, the clarity of the details of costs and incentives was exceptional. Patience was also important with me and they all exercised very good patience, allowing me time to process my observation and information of the desired vehicle.
