If i could give negative stars I would. Passing through your state my husband and I had car trouble. The car was towed to these folks - Wyatt Johnson. After 3 days of not even looking at the car it was towed to another repair shop (per our request) where it was fixed within 5 minutes. We lost from Monday to Thursday of our vacation due to these people. I have never experienced such inconsiderate behavior in my life. This service department should be shut down as they provide no service.

"Richard Adams is a fine rep of your dealership. He helped..." Richard Adams is a fine rep of your dealership. He helped us in every way. Patti Agard provides a much needed service to us as well. We have purchased two new Foresters and sent two more purchasers to Wyatt Johnson. Our disappointment stems from two issues. "I called and spoke to David about an outback I was..." I called and spoke to David about an outback I was looking at. Honestly he is one of the most down to earth salespeople out there. I couldn’t be more impressed. I’ll keep referring people here to speak to him. He made my impression of Wyatt Johnson - a 5 star one.

"Safety" My wife wanted the new safety features offered by the 2017 Santa Fe that her 2013 did not have, especially the new backup camera and vehicle blindspot and idicators.

"They will sell a car that is being held for someone else" I place money down on a SUV that they had in their lot. They were to hold it for my husband and me for a week or so until my husband could return from overseas. They then sold said SUV to someone else. I had to settle for a secondary color choice because they couldn't find me the color I originally wanted though the vehicle had everything else. Though a replacement was found in a timely manner it was still highly unprofessional.

"HORRIBLE customer service" Worst customer service we have ever had when car shopping over the years. We were accused of lying and of making an error aftet Brian the sales manager called my husband to give him a sales quote over the phone for a Santa Fe Ultimate Limited with tech package that we had been shopping for about a month. "My Girlfriend bought 3 out of 4" My Girlfriend bout 3 out of her last 4 Sonata's here and has had nothing but good things to say about This dealership. I would have Never considered a Hyundai if not for her. I was also dead set on going to another dealership in mid-state Tennessee until she convinced me to at least talk to the crew at Wyatt Johnson I did. "Disappointed and deceived" Price that was agreed on and written on buyers order was not the price on final documents. We felt like we were deceived. Thought at first it wasn't your typical dealership where the sales staff plays all the sales games, uses sales jargon, and gimmicks but we were wrong. They are just like everyone else. Disappointed in the end.
