We were greeted warmly via phone and in person by Makala Downing . All work to be done was shown to us for our approval before done and we walked through an inspection of our vehicle. Our wait time was reasonable . We were offered water and shown the waiting area. She checked on us and kept us informed of progress. It was a pleasant experience and a reasonable price.
Everyone was very professional, and easy to work with. The whole service dept is set up to make it easy for their customers.
Fast service and great communications via Lindsey. She kept me up to date on all of my requested services. I consider the service charges high but that is what you get when you have to have work done at a dealership. Car dealerships are not your friend, they are in business to make money and usually overcharge for any and all shop work. You need to expect that and you won't get sticker shock.
Dealer claimed no access to my service records which I doubt because the Subaru dealership network is interconnected and they tried to sell me services that were done recently at 120000 miles. Otherwise, good job.
