"Very kind!" Went in just to do some window shopping/compare my options and not once did I feel pressured to buy anything. Know they're trying to sell cars, but it's nice to be treated like a person nonetheless. Will be returning for sure!

"Extremely professional" A guy named Wilbur helped me with looking for a used car for 2 days. Ultimately I bought from somewhere else because of my budget restraints and the specific car I wanted but he was so considerate and polite that I felt urged to leave a review of his good character. I would not hesitate to go back to him again for another car or to recommend him to you. Thank you
They allowed one of their other dealerships to sell a vehicle that I had paid a Hold Deposit on. Would NOT recommend this dealership to anyone!
Horrible Experience! ! Found the Perfect pre-owned 2020 CX5 Grand Touring, Black on Black, Loaded! I made an appointment with Dakota in BDC to come in and purchase my dream car. After 5 years of saving, I was a cash buyer and moving back to Chicago. When I got to the dealership I came across the Salesman Wilbur. Trade-in rating person either 1. Has no idea what he/she/it is doing or 2. Was just plain lying or 3. Was part of a plan to make us leave. Now your company can "apologize" and "resolve issues" as you wish after calling me and getting an ear full. We are a previous Mazda family and as we were previously treated extremely well by Mazda AND the car we had, we really wanted a Mazda CX-50. We are now "turned off" to Mazda.
