I come here quite often for service of several of my vehicles and every time has been a very good experience, good prices, etc. Also I would like to acknowledge Mr Keith Brewer(I think that's his name) A couple of weeks ago as I'm sitting outside waiting for another vehicle service to be completed he walked up, well dressed, bright smile. I’ve never paid list. Just bought a new Sequoia in Sep (I think). Didn’t haggle as it was the first purchase from WJ. Just bought (co-signed for daughter) a new 4Runner. They expected list to be paid and really low-balled our trade in. It was like pulling teeth to get 2k swing in our favor. Thought our recent purchase may get us some consideration. Not so. Really liked our salesman, Ricardo, but not real enthused to do more business with WJ.
Great service I was keep in form during the visit, and had good experience with my service representative.
