Very straight forward, easy process just time consuming but most of the time when buying a brand new car it will be. All in all, it was a pretty good experience

2 o clock appointment showed at 1:40 for Toyota care and recall. Then was told to add front axle differential oil change to maintain the powertrain warranty. Waited 2 3/4 hours for completion of service.
Timely service, knowledgeable and honest advisor, helpful. Good, clean waiting area and great hours for servicing.
Fast and efficient. The staff was friendly, the place was clean, and they were exactly on time with the estimated time of when the vehicle would be finished.
Very easy, no high pressure sales tactics. Friendly service from the showroom to the finance department.
A four hour wait even when you do have an appointment is ridiculous! Not to mention the absorbently high prices that you charge! We do not plan on doing our service again with the dealership we will go somewhere else.
