10/10 customer service, waiting area clean, provides water and hot beverages. Even has a Starbucks coffee machine in there.

I had an excellent experience at the dealership. Everyone, from the customers to the employees, were super friendly and nice! Joseph, my advisor, let me know about all of the amenities that were available to me while I waited for my vehicle. I was kept informed about the progress of my Toyota, and Joseph explained to me the additional recommendations that was needed. I was even given the option of financing to help cover the bill. Overall, the experience I had at Wyatt Johnson Toyota was top tier.

Michael, the service advisor kept me informed during all phases of the service. He listened and took notes about my concerns and passed them on to the service technician which ultimately led to them finding the pin hole sized hole in my radiator.
Everyone was polite The only negative was they were busy snd even though I had an appt it took an hour and a half to check my tires

Amanda is a great service advisor. Knowledgeable, professional and very personable. Amanda knows the history of my vehicle so we're not reinventing the wheel every time I come in for service.
Appointments are of no value. First come first served. Service normally takes significantly longer than acceptance tech states.
