"NO CALL BACK from SERVICE DEPARTMENT after calling TWICE!!!" Today I called Wyatt-Johnson Toyota not once but, twice and both times asked for the "SERVICE" Department but, instead I was put through to "SCHEDULING" which I did NOT ask for!!!! "better trauned salespeople" I have been corresponding with your used car salesman "Samantha". SHe called me Saturday afternoon to see if I was still interested in the Jeep Wrangler. I asked her a few questions about the jeep, which she had no info in front of her (should have info available BEFORE you call). "Horrible Alignment" Went for just a oil change, they told me I needed an alignment, so I went ahead and did it worst alignment ever wore the outside of the tires out fast, also after alignment started hearing a popping noise on driver's side front. Thier main concern is trying to sell tires, not help you with what you have.
"Not happy with Sales Team " I bought a car 6 months ago from their used car lot for approximately $19,000. Thought we would look into buying a new vehicle and found one we liked. After getting a trade in price of $8500, I was pretty upset at how low it was compared to what we paid for it. "Unwilling to Service my Vehcile" I thought I was due for an oil changed based on the sticker mileage. When I arrived for my 1:00 appointment, I was told I did not need an oil change but instead a tire rotation. I waited an hour to be told they would not touch my tires. An invoice was given to Mr. Burney saying, "SELL SOME TIRES". I wanted to know why I was being told this after an hour of waiting, the response was they weren't able to get to my car until later. "Indifferent service department concerning air bag recall" Contacted service department in Sept.(3months ago) about the Takata air bag recall. Was told I would be contacted when the part came in and they would schedule installation. 6 weeks later, I called and was told only the service manager would know if the part was in. "Waste of time and mean! " Posting cars on craigslist as private sellers is NOT COOL! I sent my dad in to look at the car for me because I live out of state. What a waste of time! You didn't just waste my time but my family's. Then the salesman refuses to give me his name when I email that I wasn't happy that they mis-posted their ad on purpose. Then he harasses my dad by phone. I will be calling to speak to the manager.
