They performed what I was scheduled for, found additional issues, although they couldn't perform due to the time of day, scheduled me to get back in day after the holidays.
Even though they were backed up with 20 cars, I had excellent customer service from the initial individual who greeted me to Devin and other individuals that I don't have the names for. Great experience overall.

Devin was excellent-- very helpful with looking up the extended warranty I had purchased and communicative throughout the process. The only hiccup was when my boyfriend went to pick up the vehicle, the lady who checked him out tried to overcharge us by around $1200 because she did not acknowledge the warranty coverage.
