Took my Rav4 in for an oil change. I had an appointment for 10:00 AM. Got out of there at 12.26 PM. Just remember if you schedule an appointment it doesn't mean you will get right in. It's just to reserve your place in line. There could be 20 vehicles in front of you. Very misleading.

If I could give them a negative one I would have. Worst customer service experience of my life. They don't mind selling cars but will not hold up to promises after the sale! Not even the general manager.

"Don't do it - petty once they have your money" Bought a BMW in an all cash/no trade deal from Joe Hardy - all was great until the money was paid then they got petty. Called to say my tags were in, they had previously offered to come put them on as I work nearby, but instead called to say they "miscalculated" the cash deal, and undercharged me by 30 dollars - and wanted me to come pay them 30 to get my tags - I've never seen such pettiness. the deal was done and signed. "Would not Warranty the work the claimed to repair and RUDE" I loved going to Wyatt Johnson for my Toyota repairs until recently. I took my car in due to driver seat not moving and heated seats not working. They were able to diagnose the problem and I paid for the repair. Day after the repair, the heated seats are not working. I take the car back to Wyatt and they say that I only paid for the repair of the seat movement. That is not what they told my when I initially took it in. "DO NOT TRUST WYATT JOHNSON MANAGERS" They cheated me again. This is the second time Wyatt Johnson cheats on me . 1st time was in January 2017 when I bought my son's Hyundai 2015, at that time I wrote a letter to the General manager Mr Brian Barkeen who apologized and gave me 3 FREE oil Changes and he corrected the problem at that time. "Blocking handicap parking" My husband and I was in the market for a new car and chose your dealership on Saturday December 8 2018. However when we arrived on site at about 11:00a one of your salesman turned in front of us to park a new car in the handicap parking spot. Your salesman was not handicap and chose to park there and jump out of the brand new camry that he was driving. "Long wait for 3 hours to fix a tire sensor light!!" We scheduled an appointment for 10:15am for service on our '06 Toyota for a flashing tire sensor light. Got to the dealer 30 minutes early for the appointment. Service took 3.5 hours! What a joke! We had to find the service people 2 times to ask what was taking so long. Then to top it off, the light came back on BEFORE we even made it home!!!! Never again will we use your service!!!!!!!!!
