I had a 9am appt. There were 4 or 5 cars ahead of me at the drive up. All the chairs were full and folks standing. I went to one of the easy chairs by the front door. The desk agent handed me a bottled water. I got to see a blue pickup back into the showroom right in front of me.
Helpful, courteous and fast Chris was very helpful in providing the information on what my car needed. He explained everything and was courteous.
Chris was so detailed with explaining what was recommended for my car and what could wait. He went over and beyond to make sure everything I purchased for my car was the correct price. He was so awesome!!
