Carlie was very helpful in me needing replacement of air filters and how long the wait process would be. She was very friendly and I felt right at home. She was great and made the overall experience a 10

I was helped right away and checked in with regularly during my wait. Unfortunately one of my technical issues couldn't be fixed but regardless of that, the customer service I received was wonderful.
