We purchased a home which had driveway, garage and screened patio coating installed by this company. The previous owner lived there 5 years so the coatings were less than 5 years old. The screened porch coating was either not properly top coated or the product used defective. The garage floor turned a darker color than the driveway. We were told that warranties are not transferable but we could pay them to redo the floors and then we would have a Lifetime warranty!
