Mitch showed as promisred and from then I was sold on the XANO 521 coating for my driveway. Waiting the required dates for my new concrete to cure, Jeff and his crew (Matt and Alex) showed up as scehduled and went to work. Due to inclement weather we have in central Flrorida, the 3 days planned for thr install turned into a week plus. We purchased a home which had driveway, garage and screened patio coating installed by this company. The previous owner lived there 5 years so the coatings were less than 5 years old. The screened porch coating was either not properly top coated or the product used defective. The garage floor turned a darker color than the driveway. We were told that warranties are not transferable but we could pay them to redo the floors and then we would have a Lifetime warranty! Xano521 has offered to redo the floor with no labor, overhead, or profit; only the cost of materials.
