I was unable to use my card due to internet outage...I realized that you couldn't control that but it would have been nice to know that before getting to the wash. I had to drive through go to get cash and then come back. Signs would have been helpful at the entrance or by the vacuums

The car wash facility is nice however, the selling practices of the staff need improvement. When I inquired about the platinum PKG I asked if there were multiple vehicle discounts or anything of that sort and the staff member told me yes, just come by in your other vehicle and we'll add it to you profile no problem. I signed up and returned later with my other vehicle and then was told that was not how it worked by a different staff member. So either the staff do not fully know the terms of the subscriptions or I was mislead... read more
