Easy in and out. Don’t usually have to speak to anyone but when I do, they are all very nice.

I really like the subscription option and the fact that I can go to any Express car wash. The only thing is, there have been two times so far, where I show up and the wash bay isn’t working. I know that’s not the workers fault and they try to fix it but I wish they had a way to tell us that before I get stuck in line for a while.

Over all always a good experience. I will say that the newer locations seem to have better(newer)equipment than some of the original locations. Overall, love coming to this place. My favorite part is always seeing the happy faces of the employees!
