The entire process was seamless. The salesman was not pushy, explained everything, listened and answered our many questions. The crew arrived on time, had all supplies and were done as promised in the early afternoon. Project manager Tinos was on site and made sure everything was cleaned up. The meticulous new roof looks great!

When purchasing a new roof, expect to spend at least 1.5 hours with each sales person because they must present the materials they use to you in a presentation. I wanted a 50 year roof because I didn't want to be forced to go through this process again. I chose Xpress because they were willing to negotiate. I gave them a 5 star rating because they completed the roof installation in one day as promise! The quality of the work is very good and I'm satisfied. Very professional and friendly staff.
Very quick install and I'm happy with the result. I was able to negotiate with the team on price, however, the pressure for a sale is a bit much. While I understand that they want to gain business, other companies that I talked to were much easier to deal with in terms of giving me a quote and then time/space to compare and decide. I felt like the sales consultant may never leave my house.
Mr. Adam Martin who was very personable and humble, and his "Team" of highly professionally trained workers, worked tirelessly the entire day to do the install right. They removed all old materials, repair damaged part of the roof and gave special attention to detail. The Army has a saying "Second to None"!. Xpress' estimate of material was very accurate with minimal waste. Xpress provided a satellite certified roof footage report that was very accurate.
