I had my single roof replaced. The roof appeared to be as old as the house built in 1920, 99 years old. The old roof had 3 layers of old singles and metal on it that had to be removed. The installers removed the old roofing and installed the new roof and the price for the additional multi layers of singles and metal removal was less then most other company's price quotes.

They came back and fixed several outstanding issues. However, they did not fix the leaky chimney pipe or cap it so the roof still leaked under that pipe. Finally I hired someone else to go up and fix the chimney. When the chimney person climbed the roof , they found the gutters were left full of roofing nails and roofing debris which filled a banker's box. The chimney repairman also picked up a lot of roofing nails in the driveway. Xpress was supposed to clean up the gutters after they did the job and do a "magnetic sweep" f... read more

We also did provide you with contact information of a well known chimney company. We did clarify with you that we are not a chimney company. The nails you're mentioning were cleaned up by the crew, and we made sure to come back again to ensure that everything was completed. We value you as our customer and appreciate you.
The staff and representatives of the Company are friendly and professional. The company uses several layers of Owens Corning materials, which compared favorably with the other companies considered. The cost was surprisingly low

Roof replaced. We were very happy with the whole process and all the people involved. All our questions were answered quickly and completely. When we had to have a delay they worked with us and rescheduled to the time we needed. When they left you never would have known they were there other than the new new roof. All plants were fine, no debris anywhere.

After the work was completed a small problem was taken care of very quickly. I wasn't worried because you always have a direct line to Tinos and after it was arranged it happened very fast and professional.

October 2, 2019 - Roof replaced. I have so many good things to say, i'm not sure where to start. Every time I called with a question, someone answered or returned my call promptly. I was satisfied with the whole experience from beginning to end. Alex met me at my house and gave me a very fair estimate.
