Took my son in on a Sunday evening at 6:38 pm. One person in line ahead of us checking in. A few people waiting in waiting room. Got up to the receptionist and she said they weren't taking any more patients because they were behind and close at 7pm. I didn't argue, but I wish I would've expressed how upsetting that was. You close at 7 pm. I don't care if you are running 1 patient or 100 patients behind. You're an immediate care facility and my son needed to be seen. Don’t waste your time on fake doctors. That’s what this place has…fake doctors who have no clue what they are doing. We waited 2 hours to be seen by some lady who had no clue what she was talking about and then didn’t prescribe an antibiotic for my child’s strep.

This place is the absolute worst. They used to be good until they hired the most incompetent people. There’s no real doctors here and they all have zero clue what they are doing. Don’t waste your time on poor medical care …if you can even call it that.

This place is a joke. Ended up waited over an hour for an 8 minute stress test. The “doctor” who came in had zero clue what she was doing. This place has gone downhill quick. There are no real doctors in this place.

They used to have a fairly decent provider but the new one is clueless, almost like she isn’t a real dr. She had zero clue how to treat a child with strep. We waited over an hour to be seen and there was only one other person there! This place is completely incompetent of providing any kind of care. I’m convinced after this that they hire people to pretend they are medical professionals. I’m surprised a place like this is allowed to stay open.

I will never go back there again. Can’t even call in a prescription to the requested pharmacy. Don’t know that I even saw a doctor while I was there. No one introduced themselves as a a doctor.
While we have appreciated the medical care received in the past, recently we have found the receptionist staff to be rude and unhelpful. We chose to leave rather than have our child seen due to our reception. A shame because the location is great and the medical personnel have been helpful in the past but we no longer trust the business.

I injured my arm falling on stairs. I was never even offered an ice pack! Nurse Practitioner gave zero instructions other than "take ibuprofen." I will NOT return.
Called this place to ask a medical question about a current t condition my son has and not one time I was asked if he was seen there before, got transferred to another lady who was extremely rude( maybe cause it was 10 minutes to close time) and she proceeded to tell me to call my sons doctor, mind you 1st time she said this to me and basically was told to go call sons doctor and leave her alone..
