Made an appointment for my daughter, showed up for appointment early. People that came in AFTER us were being called back. Went to the window to inquire and the lady said “we are going by who came to the window first.” We’ve been here over 2 hours in the waiting room watching people who are just coming in being called back.
I came in with upper respiratory illness. Pain all over not feeling well at all. In the waiting room there is just me and one other woman. No children and they have the tv on Nickelodeon blasting. It is angry birds and actually hurts my head how loud they have it. I asked if they can change the channel and I was told hippa laws say they have to have it on that channel! I have tried to bring my infant son to this location twice and have been denied to be seen both times. The first time because I didn’t have my driver’s license with me to “prove” I was his mother. The second time because they are “not accepting walk-ins.” This is an URGENT CARE not a doctor’s office. To deny walk-ins defeats the purpose of running an urgent care. They have lost my business for good. Very very poorly ran establishment.
Took my boys here a few times do to sickness as my youngest hasn't gotten better so I took him back yesterday to be told he's got allergies or a cold with asthma so I told him to Dr. Lucero to find out he's got a very bad sinus infection where his right side is almost closed, ear infection and Strip throat after they tested him yesterday for it but was told it was negative. Very disappointed

the staff in the place are sh*t. Very rude and not helpful. this place used to be a good place before all the new staff. I'm not sure who is in charge of this place now but someone sure is not managing it correctly.
