Extremely disappointed in the wait time to be seen. I waited an hour and a half before canceling and walking out. Another couple was there for 2 and a half hours and still hadn’t been seen. A mom came in shortly after me with several small children and was told she still had to wait another hour. No business considered urgent care should make their patients wait that long.

The most frustrating thing that can happen when visiting a doctor is to be seen, being told they can do what you need to get done and then come back 10 days later for the follow up appointment to be told they aren't capable of doing what you need done. The first thing i asked when I walked in was if they were able to do it. I was told yes at the front desk, I told the CNA what i needed and I told the doctor what I needed done.
