Would not take a stranger to this place… this is the most unprofessional heartless people I have ever seen in my life. Because I didn’t have my guardian ship court papers they refused to see my 9 yr old sick granddaughter. Girls up front is rude have no business being in the medical field.

Waisted over an hour for my appointment. Had several people check in after me that were seen before me. This place is very incompetent. Never again will I go to this location!!

Went in for a sore throat. Staff was pleasant and got me in even though I was a walk-in. The doctor I saw was Grace and she was very kind and helpful. However, when I got my paperwork back, it states, “Your Diagnoses for today’s visit are: 1. Acute tonsillitis, unspecified 2. Contact with and (suspected) exposure to COVID-19.” I told the staff THREE different times that I had NOT had ANY exposure to COVID-19. THEY DELIBERATELY LIED ON MY OFFICIAL MEDICAL PAPERWORK. After waiting over an hour just to take a pre-employment drug screening. I finally had to leave. Staff was very rude. I will check with my employer to see if there are other options for clinics.

Went there this morning 11/28/18 with sore throat, chest and nasal congestion, terrible dry hacking cough and watery itchy eyes. The so called expert PA checked me over and said it was just the Flu and I'd be fine in a couple of weeks. I asked him about some antibiotics and cough syrup, he finally agreed to the cough syrup but Absolutely No Antibiotics. I'm now going to see A Real Doctor in the morning and get some Real Meds. Open till 8! Except when you roll in with your 6 year old with a fever, rash, and vomiting. Then you are turned away after being told they've been turning away patients "since at least 6:30" (said with a shrug). Then as I was complaining to my husband while getting back in the car to go find the local ER (we are visiting from out of town) an employee smoking at the backdoor interrupted to tell me about their policy.
