Called to get an estimate on both of my vehicles, after saying I live an hour away and my work schedule is crazy, they still wouldn't even give me a ballpark over the phone which is all I was looking for, I didn't expect it to be down to the penny. I'd spend 4 hours on the road taking both of my vehicles to the shop just to get an estimate for a system. I wanted to go with this store because of the great reviews, but I'll keep shopping.
