I typically take care of having my car serviced, but was working out of town, so my wife made an appointment and the service team made her feel welcomed and taken care of just the same as if I would have taken it in myself. This was not surprising to me, but she normally feels like most shops try to take advantage of her, and in some cases may be true, but not here. Thank you for making my wife feel welcome!

The service team at Yaklin got me in immediately, as my battery ended up with a bad cell and my vehicle would not start. They tested the battery, discovering that it was indeed bad and got it replaced under warranty and back on the road in short order.
