Very nice people, but jeep came out worse than when I had dropped it off. Jeep all of a sudden wouldn't engage into park. Towed it to yaklin, 2 weeks later called to say it was ready. Opened door and my automatic running board wasn't operating, cable left hanging by the brake, open Coke can left in jeep. Then started it and my heart sank. It sounded awful. After 2 weeks of being in the shop to b returned sounding the way it did I decided to take it to a different shop for repairs.
Unprofessional dirty slow terrible
We took our ram in to find out why it was missing. They mechanic told my husband it needed a new engine, they gave us no reason, as in how did they come up with that conclusion. We are getting second opinions and try some home remedies. We aren't ignorant people, just work a lot and didn't have time to mess with it. They told us a new engine would be 16,000 . If it does need one they are only $4000 to $5000 at most to buy and put one in less than $10,000 . So yeah we won't be y'all's sucker.
There have been service personnel changes at this dealership. It's been a year since I've had work done there because of bad experience with their service manager. After rotating my tires he charged me several hundred dollars for replacing lug nuts and studs and never told me before performing the work and wouldn't give me my keys unless I paid them.
Yaklin Service was great, but Ram/Chrysler customer service sucks
At my scheduled oil and filter change and tire rotation they snapped 10 studs and stripped 12 studs at a cost of $633.77. Chrysler Corp. has refused to help.
