Yancy has worked on a couple of loans for us as we purchased one home and refinanced two others. He is very understanding and works with his clients in mind. Even with COVID he has been great!
This is my second time using Yancy, he helped us refi our home to help get our payments down. He tirelessly searched for us to get the best rate possible in our time Frame. Kudos to Yancy for his support throughout my refinance process. His knowledge and attention to detail was beyond expectation. The entire process was a tad over two weeks and could have been faster, had my current lender not slow played the buyout costs. Trust is a commodity earned and not given freely. Excellent experience Yancy was extremely helpful from start to finish when it came to both my refinance and establishing my equity line. He is super knowledgeable about what he does, yet never talked "over my head" or made me feel like I was asking silly questions.
