Great service, Very pleased
Smooth process had a few hiccups, but the loan processing team was on top of it and resolved everything quickly.
I had a very pleasant experience with the loan team; especially Yester and Ericka extended themselves to show me how to connect to the Pennymac link to send in information. Without their help it would be difficult. I am 82 years old so I appreciate.
It was a very easy experience, with no problem.
Too many last minute disclosures
Everything went well. Perhaps some effort to get ALL document requirements clearly communicated early and up front. Only slightly irritated and inconvenienced by several “last minute “ additional documents requests. But overall very pleased. Thanks
