Yester did great. Underwriting seemed a little confused and funding is taking longer than I expected.
The communication from start to closing was exceptional
Make sure that the documents that the person sends to you that update information for credit payoff and escrow amounts are correct before the DC is signed. I forwarded the county escrow estimate for my home before the closing and the closing documents were not correct. I also would have asked for $1000 more had I known what the "cash back" amount would have been before all those documents were finalized. It wasn't Yester's fault, she had the documents. It was the loan finalizer that should have corrected the information.
Yester is the greatest, and my experience was great only because of her. With a very warm voice and a calm spirit, she led me through everything. Answered all of my questions and really assured me that my team was there for me. She true.y deserves an award. Here’s to you Yester👍
I had a special case and no one really knew how to close this loan from the start . However, Yester found a way. It took more time than expected but she followed through as tough as it was at times and made it happen correctly. I appreciate her efforts and care,
