Since we knew HOA documents would need to be filled out by HOA officer-it could have been sent out right away and the information about Master insurance could have come from HOA rep since I asked her anyway.
The first person that took my initial information and application said my closing cost would only be $4,500. but they turned out to be $6,900. The manager ( Bruce James) told me he would refund my appraisal fee but instead, they increased my closing cost and they then showed the appraisal fee was deducted from there . NOT WHAT I WAS TOLD The Prosserer ( Yester Gazdian) was very good and helpful
That a lot of the paper process could be done online and when we called to get an answer, Yester always talked to us.
Everything was fine
