The communications were great. Yester is clear and to the point.
In the beginning I was very unsure about refinancing. I was scared and I did not understand really what it meant to refinance, but after talking to my agent and having a few questions answered I am please to say I have refinanced my home and I am happy.
Great customer service
There were just a few things that were not explained properly when it came to my cash out process. There were checks sent for balances that were already paid off. no one explained how that worked. Also, the closing costs were supposed to be included in my cash out but i ended up having to come up with the money that wasn't expected.
I would like to make it very clear that Yester was extremely polite and pleasant and returned all of my calls. Unfortunately, the underwriting team she was working with did not relay the proper information to her so she could, in turn, relay it to me. Documents I turned in timely were misplaced and then made to disappear and look like I turned them in toward the end of the process (which explains why I was asked to submit them again - even though they had been found).
