Alison Smith the Yokayo Veterinary Center Manager is absolutely unprofessional and shouldn’t be able to be around animals. While on the phone with her she tried telling me it was my responsibility to show up to an appointment which and give a 24 hour notice if I wasn’t going to show up, however I gave them a 36 hour notice stating I was not going to show up because the Medication for my cat were not working and it was 2 weeks. These people are disgusting!!! Very dirty, very unprofessional, Ignorant, stupid folk!! All they want is money money money! However I have always paid my visits IN FULL!!! But they pick and choose who they want to help!!! I would love to see this business be shut down. Dr Farr is pathetic. Been 2 weeks and haven’t even gotten a call back. RIDICULOUS!!!! I took two dogs to this clinic two months ago, for their shots and to have one dogs ear looked at. The cost was $661 for the office visits and their flea and tick medication. My one dog still has ear problems and this vet will not call in medication for her ear after me spending all that money. These people do not want to help anyone who is not rich!
2 months later and they haven’t cremated our pet. This is only one complaint I have over the course of this year. Used to be life long customers. Virus is not a reason to drop care. Do not recommend.
