I took two dogs to this clinic two months ago, for their shots and to have one dogs ear looked at. The cost was $661 for the office visits and their flea and tick medication. My one dog still has ear problems and this vet will not call in medication for her ear after me spending all that money. These people do not want to help anyone who is not rich!

Hi Rhonda, we are sorry you feel this way. In order to comply with your privacy I won’t go into detail about the extra services. Yes, you did purchase a lot of flea and tick preventative which was half of your bill and would have been roughly the same price if you ordered it online. Besides the competitive cost of the two office exams, you received other services as well. I apologize for any inconvenience you have experienced.
2 months later and they haven’t cremated our pet. This is only one complaint I have over the course of this year. Used to be life long customers. Virus is not a reason to drop care. Do not recommend.
Two days ago - quite early in the afternoon, several hours before you closed on that day - I called your front desk to ask you to help me help Izzy cross the rainbow bridge, because he had finally lost his battle with lymphoma and was actively drooling blood and unable even to stand up. Absolutely not. They are disorganized. I had to pull my dogs out of there care today because we keep having a reoccurring problem with Dr. Trann. He told a us 3 times that we do not need to make an appointment for our dogs refill. And yesterday when I called in a refill fortune of my dogs the lady said it would be in today. Now I have to pull out my dogs records make an emergency appointment for my dog. Good luck to your costumers animals
Have been with Yokayo Vet for over 20 years...Today our little guy was not doing so well, so we took him to Yokayo vet, The girl behind the counter said they were not busy, So we asked for our guy to be seen, she said oh no we can't see him till Wednesday. (mind you the vet was there, and no one was waiting, the waiting room was empty.) What the girl should of done is went and asked the vet if he would see our guy!! i've been bringing my pets to yokayo vet clinic for over 30 years, i rescue abused and neglected animals small and large, my service cat was badly abused and has brain damage, men freak her out, all the vets are very gentle with her, they take the time and move slow to keep her as calm as possible, they listen to you when you explain what is concerning you, after the fire she was the only cat out of 53 i could rescue, dr farr was very gentle, took her time to address behavioral issues and checking her lungs and airways for s... read more
