The technician was very helpful and friendly The monitor, which originally said "no radio signal" which is why we called for service, was reset by the technician but the LED screen is not back-lit. As such, I cannot read the screen (which now says ready to run) when passing the monitor. is this something that can be corrected? I believe the LED was always back-lit previously. It is not at all an emergency but I would like this corrected if at all possible.
5 Star Service The flame went out on my gas boiler and I couldn’t figure out how to relight it. I called at 8am and Richard arrived at noon, immediately spotted the issue, and had mu boiler up and running again super fast! He did a full inspection of the machine, and nice enough to tuck away all the loose wiring.
I was very pleased with maintenance service performed by Richard Dominguez. Richard Dominguez is an excellent technician. He performed a thorough inspection of my Generac, as shown in his report. Richard has excellent technical skills and very customer service oriented. I will definitely request his services again.

5 star excellent service We were so impressed with the professionalism and courtesy shown from Rose in Customer Service to Richard D the technician that serviced our generator on 1/29/20. Richard was so knowledgeable, polite and pleasant. He took the time to answer questions and explained what he was doing, and performed the work quickly and efficiently. Well done!!
