Maintenance and Service I had the boiler and Hot Water Heater serviced on Friday morning and everything was fine. About 8 yours later when I went to shower, there was no hot water. #1 The problem was the thermocouple if I remember correctly. $95. Checking the price of thermocouples online I see nothing that costs over $30. Why was the cost $95. Y&C is super dependable the call-in is completely first tier service. clear, trustworthy, supportive. We had a three stop process over many days--think that we experienced the range of service people that there are: from unfocused, earnest to top of the class. Mike was called in on the third day and he is experienced and super smart. He GETS BONUS POINTS. The other repair folks were good, learning, and will get there too.

We have been Yost & Campbell customers for many years and are very satisfied with their service. Our recent technition, Besmir Demaj, was very customer friendly and answered all of furnace questions with knowledge and extreme competence. We appreciate the great service that we have received!
