Ryan is a pleasure to work with. He is very nice, helpful, a good communicator, really cares about helping his clients, and knows the ins and outs of the real estate business. He answered all of my questions and showed me several properties before I selected the right property to purchase. He attended the closing with me and made me feel very comfortable during the whole purchase process. I highly recommend Ryan Smaldone!
Brad, Melissa and Lawren are the best! After the first phone call with Brad, I knew he was the right realtor for us. He is very professional, respectful and responsive. He quickly replied to all of our calls and questions. That really impressed us. Melissa and Lawren was great, leading us through a very trying process. But they know their stuff and are wonderful to deal with.
Ryan was great and very attentive to what I was looking for in a home! It did not take long to find the house I felt was perfect for me. He’s awesome!

Professional, personable, patient, respectful, knowledgeable, responsive, helpful...not enough positive adjectives to describe Brad and his team. Although Brad is a very busy agent, we felt like we were his only clients due to his responsiveness. Our primary home (in another state) was on the market for eight months; Brad stuck with us, gave great advice, and even assisted our other-state agent with the details of simultaneous, multi-state closings.
I can't speak highly enough of my experience with Archie Ferguson . I am a first-time homebuyer with very little knowledge about how to find the right place. I met with a couple of realtors before Archie, but i knew instantly that he was the one for me. He is extremely knowledgeable, helpful and very hard working. Archie was responsive to our needs and was always available when we needed him to be. Anyone looking to purchase a home would be lucky to work with Archie!
