Mr. Smaldone is a highly professional real estate agent in the Orlando area. He showed me mutliple properties on a few occasions. I will be using him exclusively in the future for all of my investment properties. He is very knowledgeable and I would recommend him to anyone especially first time home buyers. He has no problem slowing down and explaining every detail of the home buying process to make sure his client are comfortable. Again one of the best agents I've worked with in the Orlando area.
Ryan has been nothing short of an absolute professional throughout this process. We were VERY specific with what we wanted and I have to say he has delivered on every aspect. I have recommended him to all friends that come to the area, and will certainly go through him in the future.

BEST REALTOR EVER. I can't say enough about Brad. Brad has lots of listings, as you can see, but I always ALWAYS felt like I was number one, as I'm sure all of his other clients do also. The sale of my home was stressful as I moved out of state during the ordeal.
